8. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50%. Refunds will be processed within [10] days of the cancellation request.
